Description

These delicious puff pastry cups filled with brie, cranberry sauce and topped with candied pecans are perfect for any occasion!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • 4 oz brie cheese, cut into 12 cubes
  • ½ cup cranberry sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 2 tbsp candied pecans (optional)
  • Fresh rosemary sprigs (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and cut into 12 equal squares.
  3. Press each square gently into a mini muffin tin.
  4. Place one cube of brie in each pastry cup and top with a spoonful of cranberry sauce.
  5. Sprinkle with candied pecans if desired.
  6. Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
  7. Allow to cool for 5 minutes before garnishing with fresh rosemary and serving.

  • These can be made ahead of time and baked just before serving for warm, melty goodness!
