These delicious puff pastry cups filled with brie, cranberry sauce and topped with candied pecans are perfect for any occasion!

- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 4 oz brie cheese, cut into 12 cubes
- ½ cup cranberry sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- 2 tbsp candied pecans (optional)
- Fresh rosemary sprigs (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and cut into 12 equal squares.
- Press each square gently into a mini muffin tin.
- Place one cube of brie in each pastry cup and top with a spoonful of cranberry sauce.
- Sprinkle with candied pecans if desired.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
- Allow to cool for 5 minutes before garnishing with fresh rosemary and serving.

- These can be made ahead of time and baked just before serving for warm, melty goodness!
