- 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Dice the chicken into bite-sized pieces. Mince the garlic and chop the onion.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté onions until translucent, then add garlic and chicken until golden brown.
- Add spinach to the skillet until wilted. Stir in orzo pasta and chicken broth; bring to a simmer.
- Pour in heavy cream and season with salt, pepper, and herbs; let bubble for about five minutes.
- Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish, sprinkle cheese on top, and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
