Ingredients

- 1 cup heavy whipping cream (36% fat)
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Chill your mixing bowl and beaters for about 15 minutes.
- In the chilled bowl, whisk together powdered sugar and cocoa powder until combined.
- Pour in the heavy cream and mix on low speed until blended.
- Increase to medium-high speed and whip until soft peaks form (about 3-5 minutes).
- Gently fold in vanilla extract and a pinch of salt.
- Continue whipping until stiff peaks form (about another minute).
- Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to three days.
