Description

A delicious whipped chocolate cream perfect for desserts.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream (36% fat)
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Chill your mixing bowl and beaters for about 15 minutes.
  2. In the chilled bowl, whisk together powdered sugar and cocoa powder until combined.
  3. Pour in the heavy cream and mix on low speed until blended.
  4. Increase to medium-high speed and whip until soft peaks form (about 3-5 minutes).
  5. Gently fold in vanilla extract and a pinch of salt.
  6. Continue whipping until stiff peaks form (about another minute).
  7. Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to three days.
