- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 2 jalapeños (diced, adjust to taste)
- 3 green onions (chopped)
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix softened cream cheese, sour cream, cheddar cheese, and Monterey Jack cheese until smooth.
- Fold in corn kernels and diced jalapeños.
- Add chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper; mix until combined.
- Transfer to an oven-safe dish and bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving warm with tortilla chips or veggie sticks.
Notes
