Description

A creamy and spicy corn dip perfect for any gathering, served warm with tortilla chips or veggie sticks.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups sweet corn (fresh or frozen)
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 2 jalapeños (diced, adjust to taste)
  • 3 green onions (chopped)
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix softened cream cheese, sour cream, cheddar cheese, and Monterey Jack cheese until smooth.
  3. Fold in corn kernels and diced jalapeños.
  4. Add chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper; mix until combined.
  5. Transfer to an oven-safe dish and bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving warm with tortilla chips or veggie sticks.
