Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter or white miso paste
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Chinese five spice
  • 1 teaspoon sriracha or chili garlic sauce (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce and peanut butter or white miso paste until smooth.
  2. Stir in honey and rice vinegar. Mix until well combined.
  3. Add toasted sesame oil, garlic powder, and Chinese five spice. Whisk to incorporate.
  4. For a spicy kick, mix in sriracha or chili garlic sauce. Adjust sweetness or spice to taste.
  5. Use immediately or store in a sealed jar in the fridge for up to 10 days.
