Instructions

  1. Start by peeling 2-3 cloves of fresh garlic and finely mince them using a sharp knife or a garlic press.
  2. In a small mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of mayonnaise with the minced garlic, 1-2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice, and a pinch of salt and black pepper.
  3. While continuing to whisk, slowly drizzle in 1/4 cup of extra virgin olive oil until emulsified and creamy.
