Description

Delicious Big Mac wraps made with ground beef, cheddar cheese, and Big Mac sauce.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup chopped dill pickles
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 8 tablespoons Big Mac sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, about 6–8 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Drain any excess grease.
  2. Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet for 10–15 seconds per side until pliable.
  3. To each tortilla, layer the cooked ground beef, one slice of cheddar cheese, shredded lettuce, onion, and pickles.
  4. Drizzle each wrap with 2 tablespoons of Big Mac sauce.
  5. Fold in the sides and roll the wrap tightly.
  6. Grill each wrap seam-side down in a dry skillet over medium heat for 1–2 minutes per side, until golden.
  7. Slice and serve warm.
