- 8 oz fresh brie cheese, sliced
- 2 ripe peaches, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme leaves
- 2 tbsp balsamic glaze
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the flatbread on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Evenly distribute the brie slices over the flatbread.
- Layer the peach slices on top of the cheese.
- Drizzle honey and sprinkle fresh thyme over everything.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and drizzle with balsamic glaze before serving.
