- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
- Additional strawberries for topping
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, almond milk, Greek yogurt, cream cheese, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, chia seeds, and cinnamon (if using). Mix well until everything is thoroughly combined.
- Gently fold in the chopped strawberries, ensuring they are evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
- Divide the mixture into individual jars or containers with lids. This makes it easy to grab and go in the morning.
- Seal the jars and place them in the refrigerator. Allow the oats to chill for at least 4 hours or overnight for the best flavor and texture.
- When ready to enjoy, give the oats a good stir. Top with additional chopped strawberries and a drizzle of honey or maple syrup if desired.
