Ingredients

- 2 large fresh oranges, segmented
- 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced

Instructions
- Chop the avocados and segment the oranges into bite-sized pieces.
- Thinly slice the red onion; soak in cold water briefly if desired for a milder flavor.
- In a small bowl, whisk together lime juice and olive oil until emulsified.
- In a large mixing bowl, gently toss the avocados, orange segments, red onions, and cilantro.
- Drizzle the dressing over the salad and season with salt and pepper.
- Serve immediately for the best freshness.

- You can soak the red onion in ice water for 10 minutes to reduce its sharpness.
