Description
A delicious marinated sirloin steak bowl with sautéed vegetables and rice.
Ingredients

- 1 lb sirloin steak
- 2 cups bell peppers (sliced)
- 1 cup zucchini (sliced)
- 1 medium onion (diced)
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 2 green onions (chopped)
Instructions
- Slice sirloin steak into strips and marinate in a mixture of soy sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, and sesame oil for at least 30 minutes.
- While the steak marinates, prepare the bell peppers, zucchini, and onion.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the marinated steak for 3-5 minutes on each side until browned.
- In the same skillet, add the vegetables and sauté for about 4-6 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Assemble your bowls by placing cooked rice at the bottom and topping it with seared steak and sautéed veggies.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and serve warm.
Notes
- For extra flavor, let the steak marinate longer if time allows.
- Feel free to add any additional vegetables you like.
