Description
A refreshing punch made with vanilla ice cream, pineapple juice, and ginger ale.
Ingredients

- 1 quart vanilla ice cream
- 3 cups pineapple juice
- 3 cups ginger ale
- whipped cream, for topping
- fresh cranberries, for garnish
- mint leaves, for garnish
Instructions
- Let 1 quart of vanilla ice cream sit at room temperature for about 10 minutes until softened but not fully melted.
- In a large punch bowl or blender, combine the softened ice cream with 3 cups of pineapple juice. Stir or blend until smooth.
- Gently pour in 3 cups of ginger ale and stir lightly to preserve the bubbles.
- Top with whipped cream, fresh cranberries, and mint leaves.
- Serve immediately in chilled glasses.
Notes
- This punch is best served immediately for maximum freshness.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less pineapple juice.
