- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp freshly cracked black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat fish fillets dry on a cutting board.
- In a small bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until blended.
- Place fish in a shallow dish and pour marinade over them; garnish if desired.
