Description

A simple and delicious recipe for white fish fillets marinated in olive oil and lemon juice.


Ingredients

  • 4 fresh white fish fillets (cod or tilapia)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp freshly cracked black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat fish fillets dry on a cutting board.
  3. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until blended.
  4. Place fish in a shallow dish and pour marinade over them; garnish if desired.
  5. Serve with steamed vegetables or rice.
