Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic; cook until translucent.
- Stir in the tomato sauce and add water or beef broth to reach your desired consistency.
- Mix in cocoa powder, cinnamon, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Simmer uncovered for about 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
- Cook spaghetti according to package directions; drain when al dente.
- Serve chili over spaghetti and top with cheese, green onions, and sour cream.
Notes
- Adjust the chili powder to taste if you prefer a milder or spicier dish.
