Description

Ingredients

  • 4 slices sandwich bread

Instructions

  1. Peel and chop 4 hard-boiled eggs into small pieces.
  2. Add 3 tablespoons mayonnaise, 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper to the eggs. Stir to combine until creamy.
  3. Mix in 1 finely chopped celery stalk.
  4. Spoon the mixture onto 2 slices of bread, top with the other 2 slices, slice in half, and serve.
